next.\n\nABOUT THE ROLE\n\nAs a Solutions Architect, you’ll work with some of the world’s most sophisticated organizations to answer a new question: what should a company look like when AI agents become part of how work gets done?\n\nWe’re hiring Solutions Architects to help strategic customers make AI-native work real in production on the Grok platform, using Grok Bot for knowledge work and business workflows and Grok Build (Cursor) for AI-native software development.\n\nThis is a hands-on technical role within the Customer Success organization, where you’ll partner with AI Deployment Managers (ADMs) to own the technical track across architecture, workflow redesign, and enterprise security while helping organizations rethink how they operate and how they build software with AI.\n\nYou’ll help customers move from excitement to workflows teams rely on every day by discovering real job friction, integrating Grok Build into codebases, CI pipelines, and code review, and designing scoped Grok Bot workflows with human-in-the-loop judgment.\n\nThe best Solutions Architects pair technical credibility with product instincts and extreme ownership, and they are as comfortable debugging a CI workflow or leading an architecture review as helping executives, from CTOs to the CRO, CMO, CFO, and COO, understand where AI changes how the business runs and how software is built.\n\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\n\nHelp Engineering Teams Adopt AI-Native Development with Grok Build (Cursor)\n\n- Roll out Grok Build across strategic engineering organizations and integrate it into real codebases and production workflows rather than isolated demos.\n\n- Configure developer environments, repository rules, and conventions, and run hands-on enablement that drives fast, durable adoption.\n\n- Bring agentic SDLC practices into the customer’s delivery process, from planning and implementation through testing, CI, and code review, and clear developer workflow friction along the way.\n\n- Keep a strong hands-on Build baseline by shipping runnable, convention-driven work in Grok Build yourself.\n\nEngage Customers on the Grok Bot Journey\n\n- Use Grok Bot to turn a business user’s problem into an accepted user story and requirements that flow into Jira and through the agentic SDLC in Grok Build.\n\n- Lead discovery for knowledge-work and business-process use cases and redesign high-value workflows around AI agents, enterprise tools, data, and human judgment.\n\n- Help customers operationalize agents with ownership, integrations, and guardrails.\n\nExpand Across the Organization\n\n- Establish a data governance and security framework that lets leadership adopt the Grok platform top down across the enterprise.\n\n- Help engineering organizations move from isolated usage to company-wide adoption by turning successful deployments into reusable patterns and rollouts for new teams and platform groups.\n\n- Partner with ADMs and Account Executives to find and drive major expansion opportunities for the Grok platform.\n\nBecome a Trusted Technical Partner\n\n- Build multi-threaded relationships with developers, platform teams, engineering and business leaders, and executive sponsors, and turn skeptics into champions.\n\n- Lead architecture reviews and working sessions, and advise on what to build, developer productivity, workflow design, governance, and adoption strategy.\n\n- Prototype alongside customers by connecting systems, designing agents and workflows, and debugging failures until ambiguous ideas become working systems.\n\n- Reason about trust boundaries with CISOs and platform owners, covering identity, permissions, data access, connectors and MCPs, execution environments, network controls, auditability, and human approval, and know when to escalate to specialists.\n\n- Partner with ADMs from meeting prep through active participation, and coordinate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to unblock customers.\n\nDrive Real Customer Outcomes\n\n- Translate adoption into measurable impact, from faster iteration, developer productivity, and engineering quality to workflow efficiency, and help customers communicate that value internally.\n\n- Help teams standardize on the Grok platform and embed it deeply in core workflows, and lead recovery plans when adoption slows or competing tools gain traction.\n\nShape the Future of the Product\n\n- Bring structured feedback, emerging patterns, and enterprise requirements across Grok Bot and Grok Build from strategic customers into Product and Engineering.\n\n- Shape new capabilities alongside lighthouse customers whose deployments set the standard for the market.\n\nYOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF\n\n- You have deep technical foundations across APIs, software architecture, cloud infrastructure, data, identity, security, and enterprise integrations, often from a software engineering, FDE, SA, platform, developer tooling, or business-process automation background.\n\n- You have a strong understanding of developer workflows, SDLC tooling, continuous integration and delivery systems, code review, and enterprise engineering environments, ideally with hands-on experience in Cursor or similar AI coding tools.\n\n- You bring customer-facing technical experience as an SA, SE, FDE, TAM, enterprise architect, or integration consultant, working hands-on with engineering teams while operating strategically with technical leadership.\n\n- You bring high drive, ownership, curiosity, adaptability, and systems thinking, along with strong prep habits and comfort in fast-moving ambiguity.\n\n- You have experience designing workflows that span tools, data, APIs, and human processes, not only IDE-centric developer workflows.\n\n- You bring a working grasp of security and compliance, or a clear path to one, and can walk customers through scenario-based guardrails.\n\n- You have excellent communication skills across technical, executive, and business audiences and strong instincts for discovery, workflow design, and adoption strategy.\n\n- You bring a passion for developer tooling and for how AI will reshape software engineering and
