You’ll ship features that integrate tightly with our AI-driven audio models, and work out where focused bets or incremental improvements will move the product most.\n\nYou’re impact-driven and autonomous, and good at drawing clear conclusions from experimental results. You’ll work closely with design, product and research, and help shape the app’s architecture and technical direction.\n\nRequirements\n\n- Strong native Android development (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose) with a track record of shipping features that improved engagement\n\n- Have designed and run A/B tests, using data to decide what to build next\n\n- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities, and able to add structure where it’s needed\n\n- Experience owning performance, quality and responsiveness in a production app\n\nBonus\n\n- Experience with audio playback or streaming on Android\n\n- Experience building mobile infrastructure for build, test and release pipelines\n\nLocation\n\nThis role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere, with the ability to operate in GMT to GMT+4 timezones preferred.
