It is your responsibility to identify improvement opportunities, drive identity projects, and build a unified, scalable environment.\n\nBased in Germany and the US, our IT Infrastructure Services team designs, implements, and manages global cloud and on-premises infrastructure solutions to provide Flix with internal business services such as identity and access management, security and compliance configuration, communication tools, file sharing, 3rd-level support, and infrastructure consulting.\n\nAbout the Role\n\n- Integrate new internal and external applications into our identity infrastructure (e.g., SSO) following best practices\n\n- Work on projects to improve internal role-based access control concepts\n\n- Consult other teams and guide them to success, leveraging our services especially regarding identity and access management\n\n- Drive innovation and improve our services together with the team\n\n- Automate recurring tasks\n\n- Design the future IT infrastructure of Flix\n\nAbout You\n\n- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID or similar identity and access management platforms\n\n- Advanced knowledge of modern authentication protocols (OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SAML)\n\n- At least 3 years of scripting experience (ideally with Python)\n\n- At least 1 year of experience with IaC solutions (preferably Terraform)\n\n- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to streamline infrastructure automation, troubleshooting, and daily operations\n\n- Basic experience using APIs\n\n- Experience with containerization and orchestration platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus\n\n- Experience working with IaaS solutions is a plus\n\n- Basic knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React) or web technologies is a plus\n\n- Experience with M365 products (such as Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams) is a plus\n\nWe recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
