{"active":true,"apply_url":"https://flix.careers/job/8842200002?gh_jid=8842200002","company":{"claimed":false,"name":"Flix","slug":"flix","website":"https://www.flix.com"},"countries":["DE"],"employment_type":null,"first_seen_at":"2026-10-31T08:45:09Z","getwork_url":"https://getwork.dev/jobs/gh-flix-8842200002/","id":"gh-flix-8842200002","injection_flag":false,"last_seen_at":"2026-11-03T03:00:09Z","location":"Berlin","published_at":"2026-10-09T10:23:10Z","regions":["europe"],"remote":"onsite","role_family":"software","salary":null,"seniority":"unspecified","stack":[],"stack_mentioned":[],"title":"Support Engineer (m/f/d)","untrusted_description":"At Flix, we offer a dynamic work environment with competitive pay, strong growth opportunities, and a tech-driven approach to making travel more accessible, sustainable, and affordable.\n\nAs a Support Engineer (m/f/d) at Flix, you'll be the first point of contact for IT infrastructure requests, helping employees across the globe stay productive through reliable service desk and on-site support.\n\nYou'll be part of a globally distributed IT Infrastructure Support Team, within our Foundation Division, that owns and manages critical services — including the employee device lifecycle (Microsoft Intune/Autopilot), our Atlassian cloud environment, and technical event support.\n\nAbout the Role\n\n- Resolve employee IT requests efficiently via our ticketing system, providing a smooth and friendly support experience\n\n- Manage the device lifecycle end-to-end — hardware procurement, provisioning, setup, asset tracking, and troubleshooting\n\n- Support collaboration tools including Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive\n\n- Help employees get the most out of Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, and JSM\n\n- Create and maintain knowledge-base articles and IT documentation to support self-service and team efficiency\n\n- Build hands-on experience with device management platforms and IT infrastructure tooling\n\n- Collaborate with colleagues across global offices, contributing to team ceremonies and cross-functional projects\n\nAbout You\n\n- A degree, certification, or vocational training in an IT-related field (e.g. Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems)\n\n- 2–4 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or technical customer support\n\n- Solid working knowledge of Office 365 and standard workplace collaboration tools\n\n- Comfort communicating clearly and patiently with non-technical users\n\n- Curiosity and a genuine eagerness to learn new technologies and workflows\n\n- Hands-on experience with Microsoft cloud technologies (Intune, Entra ID, Autopilot)\n\n- Experience administering Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, JSM)\n\n- Experience supporting employees across multiple time zones or global offices (nice to have)\n\nWe recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
