Wouldn't it be amazing if you could join us on our journey?\n\nWe are looking for top-notch Developer Support Engineers, to be partners rather than just employees and be the technical focal point for JFrog customers.\n\nHybrid position based in our Netanya office.\n\nAs a Developer Support Engineer at JFrog you will...\n\n- Troubleshoot and investigate complex customer CI/CD scenarios and provide innovative solutions for their requirements\n\n- Develop scripts in Bash, Python, and Groovy for debugging and automating\n\n- Set up JFrog applications and 3rd party products in various development environments\n\n- Analyze log files, thread dumps, HTTP traffic, JVM and OS parameters\n\n- Reproduce customer scenarios and fill relevant bugs/features\n\n- Maintain and improve a knowledge base of known issues and solutions\n\n- Integrate and collaborate with JFrog’s R&D, QA, Release and Sales teams\n\n- Availability to work flexible hours and weekends when needed\n\nTo be a Developer Support Engineer at JFrog you need…\n\n- B.Sc. or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field\n\n- 2+ years of hands-on experience in technical roles (e.g., Tier 3 Support, NOC, Production Engineer, or Junior DevOps/SRE)\n\n- Proven ability to manage complex, escalated cases involving multiple architectures across multiple platforms\n\n- Deep experience in Linux (Systems Administration, Bash scripting, file systems).\n\n- Strong technical software-related debugging skills (Log analysis, root cause analysis, stack trace reading)\n\n- Ability to read and debug code in Java or another compiled language\n\n- Excellent spoken and written English\n\n- Knowledge/experience with: Databases (SQL), LDAP, NGINX, Apache Tomcat\n\n- Familiarity with the modern DevOps stack and lifecycle, including experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and IaC (Terraform)\n\n- Graduate of an advanced DevOps certification program","url":"https://join.jfrog.com/job/?job=8264438&gh_jid=8264438"}
