At Sonar, we’re enabling enterprises to build agentic software factories that can move quickly while maintaining the control, consistency and evidence required to ship with confidence.\n\nWhat You Will Do:\n-\nDesign, develop, and maintain 0-to-1 applications for AI-powered solutions focusing on automation, high performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.\n\n-\nParticipate in all aspects of agile software development, from design to deployment.\n\n-\nBuild and integrate RESTful APIs to support dynamic web and cloud applications.\n\n-\nDevelop scalable backend services and databases to enhance application performance.\n\n-\nArchitect and design end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale.\n\n-\nEnsure responsive design and seamless user experience\n\n-\nMaintain best practices by following TDD and ensuring unit/integration tests are synced\n\n-\nDebug and troubleshoot reported issues and incorporate feedback from other stakeholders\n\n-\nParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers\n\nExperience and qualifications\n-\nBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\n\n-\nAt least 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar role.\n\n-\nExperience working with Agentic technologies (e.g. Codex, Claude, CoPilot)\n\n-\nExperience in building web applications and designing and integrating RESTful APIs.\n\n-\nExperience in developing using Java Spring framework or similar\n\n-\nExperience developing in Agile practices and principles (Scrum/Kanban)\n\n-\nKnowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, i.e Docker/Kubernetes.\n\n-\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.\n\n-\nExcellent debugging, optimization skills, communication, and teamwork skills.\n\nIn-office culture\nWe're intentional about this.
