For employers

Developers ask their agents for jobs now.
Be the answer.

getwork.dev feeds 4,590 roles from 142 companies to Claude, ChatGPT and every other MCP client as structured data. Agents filter on facts (stack, level, location, salary), so clear, honest listings win.

How it works

From your ATS to a developer’s agent.

  1. Your roles go into the index

Read straight from Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby or Recruitee. Closed roles drop out within hours, so agents never recommend a dead link.

  2. Agents match on facts

Stack, level, location, remote policy and salary are structured data. A developer’s agent filters on them before it shows a single role.

  3. Developers apply on your site

Every apply link goes to your own careers page or ATS. No middleman inbox, no reposted copies of your job.

Questions

Good to know

Are my roles already on getwork?

If you hire through Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby or Recruitee, very likely. Search for your company on the companies page. If it is missing, send us your careers page and we add it for free.

How do agents find my roles?

getwork is an MCP server. Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP clients call it when a developer asks for jobs, and get your roles back as structured data instead of scraped web pages.

Can I cancel Verified?

Yes, any time. It stays active until the end of the month you paid for.

Do candidates apply through getwork?

No. Every role links to your own site or ATS, so applications land where you already work.
