Developer jobs, built for agents: an MCP server that lets ChatGPT, Claude and Cursor search live engineering roles straight from employers' hiring systems.

Short description

getwork.dev is a developer job board built for AI agents. Connect https://getwork.dev/mcp to ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or any MCP client and it can search 8,181 open engineering roles from 265 companies by stack, level, remote and salary. No account, no API key, read-only.

Long description

getwork.dev is a developer job board built for AI agents first. Instead of scraping job sites, it reads the public job feeds of employers' own applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Recruitee), normalises every role into a structured JobSpec (stack, seniority, work mode, regions, salary) and removes it as soon as the employer closes it.

Developers connect the MCP server at https://getwork.dev/mcp to ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, VS Code, Codex or Gemini CLI and ask in plain language: "remote senior Rust jobs in Europe that pay over €90k". The agent gets real, current listings with links to apply on the employer's own site, plus salary percentiles from the 52% of roles that publish pay. The server is read-only and needs no account. The same data is on the website, as a JSON API, as Atom feeds and in llms.txt.

getwork.dev is made by Frank Spin (Made by Spin) in the Netherlands.
